If it snows three inches (3″) or more on December 24,2021, between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., central time, as measured at KBJC – Rocky Mountain Metro Airport, and as reported by the US National Weather Service, then O’Meara Motors will, by random drawing, award one resident, who completed a test drive at O’Meara Ford, O’Meara Buick GMC or O’Meara Volkswagen, within the time period of December 1, 2021 through December 23, 2021, a new or used vehicle, valued at $50,000 maximum.  Some models excluded.  O’Meara Motors reserves the right to order a custom unit for delivery.  Winner, if any, is responsible for paying any and all tax, title, licensing and D&H fees on the prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.  Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Sponsor, it’s advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
